Last June 2013 a major hail storm came through Greeley, Colorado. We were hit pretty hard in that storm. Many storm chasers showed up at our doorstep by the next day which left us very uncomfortable. We called several local roofing contractors for estimates and of course our insurance company and started our claim. Several days later the owner of The Roof Doctor stopped by our home stating he was re-roofing several homes in our area and offered a free quote. His quote combined with several other quotes were very comparable. I did check all roofing vendors through the BBB and committed to The Roof Doctor to do the job. I am glad we did. Ken stopped by our home everyday to check on the progress and our satisfaction. The job which included our home, shop and garden shed was completed in 4 days. The Roof DR. addressed all issues immediately, was very professional and we are pleased with the results.

I have a ranch house in the Parkfield section of northeast Denver that had been pelted by hail on May 21, 2014. My insurance adjuster assessed the damage and determined that a new roof would be approved. I chose Roof Dr. as my contractor. The sales rep showed me the options available, and I chose a roof with impact resistant Class 4 - Duration Storm shingles (lifetime warranty) with titanium felt underlayment and an additional ice shield. Those items were delivered and placed on the roof two days in advance of the installation - one hour delivery time. A dumpster to receive old roof debris and a crew of seven arrived at 7:30 am July 3, 2014. The work was completed including the installation of a ridge vent and cleanup of the property and the gutters, and the dumpster was hauled away by 12:30 pm. The work was well done.

I was very pleased working with The Rood Dr. After initial call to my insurance everything was taken care of by Ken. I have beautiful new roof and now my home owners insurance has went down $500 a year because of my new roof. Everything was done in a timely manner once everything was approved.
